📦 Orders & Payments
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection of eco-friendly home textiles, add your chosen items to the cart, and proceed to secure checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing your order.
Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, email us immediately at info@modawaveofficial.com. Once shipped, we’re unable to recall or modify orders.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can also pay securely via PayPal or Shop Pay.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We ship across the UK and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
When will my order be delivered?
UK orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. International orders may take up to 10–15 business days, especially during peak seasons or customs delays.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order through your 'Customer Account'. To login please visit account.modawaveofficial.com. You can track your order 24 hours after dispatch.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately. Once dispatched, we cannot modify shipping details.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please email us at info@modawaveofficial.com within 3 business days, along with photos of the damage and packaging.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the delivery date. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. For more information please check out our Returns & Refunds policy.
How do I start a return?
You can submit a return in two ways:
- Fill out our dedicated return form
- Email us at info@modawaveofficial.com
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item?
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the item and place a new order.

What materials do you use in your products?
Our home textile collections are made using 100% Oeko-Tex® certified cotton and other sustainably sourced natural fibres from Pakistan.
Are Modawave products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. Our bedding and textiles are OEKO-TEX® certified, ensuring they are free from harmful chemicals and ideal for sensitive skin.
How do I wash and care for my Modawave textiles?
- Bedding: Machine wash at 30°C with like colours. Tumble dry on low or hang to dry. Avoid bleach.
- Cushions & Throws: Spot clean or gentle cold wash. Do not wring.
- Curtains: Dry clean only unless otherwise stated.

Are your products sustainable?
Absolutely. We’re committed to ethical and eco-conscious practices—using organic cotton, low-impact dyes, and recyclable packaging.
Where are Modawave products made?
All our textiles are ethically produced and manufactured in Pakistan under verified safe and fair working conditions.
What certifications do you follow?
We work with suppliers who adhere to OEKO-TEX® standards, ensuring no harmful substances are used throughout the manufacturing process.

Do I need an account to order?
No, but creating an account lets you track orders, manage returns, and save your address for faster checkout.
How do I reset my password?
